The Hispanic Program Coordinator had the privilege of meeting Gigi Towers in the year 2005. "I was introduced to the Parenting Program developed by Lexington Parenting Center and had the privilege of going to one of the homes and experience the work being accomplished by this program. Gigi and staff have done an excellent job reaching out to Hispanic families and preparing them to succeed in education. Gigi joined our Hispanic Advisory Committee and has been instrumental in providing the commission with information on challenges as well as recommendations to help our Hispanic students succeed in education." - Lee McElveen
