Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Phone Advocate
Position Summary: Provides prompt, accurate, thorough and courteous responses to all telephone inquiries. Performs research as needed to resolve inquiries.
Required Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Required Skills and Abilities: Excellent oral communications skills, strong human-relations, and organizational skills, ability to handle high-stress situations, good judgment, strong customer service skills, ability to learn and operate multiple computer systems effectively and efficiently, basic computer operating skills, and standard office equipment skills.
